"With a making smile, he placed one hand upon my shoulder and,
holding me tight, bared my throat with the other, saying as he did so, 'First, a little
refreshment to reward my exertions.' "
- Mina Harker
Bram Stoker's Dracula

"The
Screams of Silence"
Awakening to the miserys of confusion,
She wishes to sleep internal sleep.
Bleeding black tears from her eyes,
She curses those who have brought her grief.
Her innocent soul has been brutally stabbed,
And the wound will never heal.
It bleeds today and it shall bleed tomorrow.
Her shallow heart screams cries of distraught,
While her lips do not utter a word.
The savageness of the pain has silenced her,
It has silenced her forever.

Glass
Alas my love the
world does not know
But glass is the essence of ourselves
We look in it and all we see is our shell
The inner beauty is never revealed
Make me a glass to show the "inner"me
Not my skin for as white and pure as it may be
It shows nothing of my inner self
Pure I am not nor ever will be

Lies
a field of green
of love and delight
with flowers of joy
and everlasting life
can change so quickly
right before your eyes
and turn into a field
of lies...

Dead
we stand alone
the silence deafening
to the screams we heard before
our eyes blinded by the light
as a spirit begins to soar
the atmosphere lies heavily
dark and dirty red
evil has took its place
and everything...
everything...
is dead

The Beast
The weakness
comes and the beast takes over I use my magic getting stronger,
Bolder but alas my poor victim lying on the ground
Miles from me she just fell down
Dead she is now and I will mourn
Till once again the beast is reborn.

Hell
"Hell would
have to be where they see the
consequences of their actions, but with a
full merciful comprehension of how little
they themselves knew."

Tears
They're all I have left now.
Perhaps they're all I ever had.
Haven't they always been here,
Waiting for the day they could flow freely and never be stopped?
Always the tears have been with me,
Simply waiting for those words,
"She's not coming back."
With those words, the dam broke.
Now the river of tears rages.
The tears drown everything.
Happiness, laughter, song,
These have been washed away in the flood.
And yet, I must stay afloat,
For if I do not,
What will become of my tears?
